At La Césure – Paris V°
For the sixth consecutive year, Formula Bula & L’Articho are organizing the great international competition of fanzines made by children under the age of 18. After long hours of fine-tuning the selection, the NCCF brings together its grand jury made up of young fans and professionals to deliberate and finally decide on the winners of this edition. Contributions will be referenced, commented and exhibited during the FORMULA BULA 12 festival in Paris, happening September 20th, 21st and 22nd, 2024.
